The details are agreed in writing before your project starts.
A revision round is one consolidated feedback list within the agreed scope. New pages, features, or a new design direction need a separate quote. Light copy cleanup edits supplied text for clarity and consistency; writing the entire website is separate.
A simple form collects agreed inquiry fields and delivers them to an agreed destination. File uploads, conditional workflows, payments, and CRM automation require separate scoping.
Basic local search foundations cover descriptive titles, headings, service-area information, and consistent business contact details. Ongoing SEO campaigns and ranking guarantees are excluded. Analytics uses your accounts; tracking and consent requirements are assessed before activation.
Content migration covers specifically agreed pages and assets. Blogs, catalogs, customer records, and large libraries are separately scoped. Redirect implementation depends on the old and new platforms; feasibility is confirmed before work is promised.
You supply accurate business information and content you have permission to use. Domain registration, paid hosting, subscriptions, photography, extensive copywriting, and additional features are separate. Pages, features, content responsibilities, revisions, timeline, and total price are confirmed in writing. Timing depends on scope and content readiness.
Payment is 50% to begin and 50% on completion, before launch. You approve the finished site before it goes live. You control your domain and hosting accounts. Website files are handed over after full payment, subject to third-party licenses. Maintenance is optional and separately quoted.

For a code-based site, changes need someone to edit the files. If you want to update text and photos yourself, tell me before quoting so we can choose an editing platform and include its setup.
The project fee covers the agreed build. You pay any domain, hosting, form service, or editing-platform fees directly. Your quote lists the chosen services and their recurring costs before you commit. Maintenance is optional.
Your quote includes a preview date, launch target, content deadline, and any after-launch correction period. Dates depend on scope and receiving your content. New features and later content changes are quoted separately.
